Key Requirements
Proven experience in pattern making and garment construction.
Strong understanding of size-inclusive fashion principles.
Proficiency in manual or digital pattern drafting techniques.
Ability to create detailed technical drawings and tech packs.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software.
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in fit adjustments.
Strong understanding of textile properties and fabric behavior.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment.
Creative problem-solving skills for complex design challenges.
