Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience specifically in the Super Luxury and High-Performance Vehicle segment.
Must have extensive technical knowledge regarding Supercars and Hypercars.
Mandatory current or previous work experience within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage workshop teams effectively.
Excellent customer handling and interpersonal communication skills.
In-depth understanding of service operations and workflow optimization.
Proven ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Technical proficiency in diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues in high-end cars.
Willingness to travel to Dubai for a final face-to-face interview with the client.
