Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (Business, Hospitality, or Automotive).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Super Luxury & High-Performance Vehicle segment.
Mandatory current or previous UAE work experience.
Proven leadership skills as a team leader or senior receptionist.
Exemplary customer handling skills with a focus on luxury brand standards.
Strong understanding of automotive service operations and front-end processes.
Ability to manage service bookings and customer communication effectively.
Knowledge of luxury vehicle maintenance schedules and terminology.
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns on the spot.
High proficiency in using CRM and automotive management software.
