Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in controls engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in PLC programming using platforms like Allen-Bradley or Siemens.
Significant experience with HMI and SCADA software design and implementation.
Strong ability to read and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
Must be available to work onsite at the facility in North Haven, CT.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a similar technical discipline.
In-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP and Modbus.
Familiarity with industry safety standards including OSHA and NFPA 79 requirements.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex automated machinery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
