Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or similar leadership role within the energy or construction sector.
Deep understanding of electrical systems, local codes, and construction standards (NEC knowledge is essential).
Ability to manage site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance for all personnel.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills for effective team coordination.
Experience overseeing large-scale electrical and solar infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, including resource allocation.
Knowledge of budget control, project scheduling software, and reporting procedures.
Relevant certification or licensure as a Journeyman Electrician (highly preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively to surrounding areas near Maryland for project sites.
