Peak Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Batangas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales revenue. You will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities and build strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. In this role, you will conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Your daily tasks will include managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and representing the company in various promotional events. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software such as CRM tools.
Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve targets.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address market challenges.
Experience in managing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Professional attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
