SERVICENOW ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT (12-MONTH CONTRACT) @ PCS GULF
The ServiceNow Enterprise Architect will be responsible for leading the design and governance of a high-impact greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation. This 12-month contract role focuses on establishing an enterprise-wide omni-channel platform that serves as a central hub for employee services. The successful candidate will drive the end-to-end platform architecture and define the overarching governance frameworks necessary for long-term sustainability and scalability within the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing integration architecture across systems like Oracle Fusion and Saviynt, as well as designing workforce lifecycle (JML) orchestration. You will establish service taxonomies, CMDB strategies, and RBAC frameworks while ensuring the platform meets all security, compliance, and audit requirements. The role also entails vendor governance and providing architectural assurance for vendor-led programs to ensure they align with the enterprise's long-term strategic goals.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional ServiceNow experience.
Proven track record of successful greenfield enterprise implementations.
Demonstrated experience as a design authority in complex vendor-led programmes.
Strong technical expertise in IntegrationHub and API integration strategies.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Oracle Fusion and IAM platforms like Saviynt or SailPoint.
Expertise in designing automated workforce lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) orchestration.
Ability to define and implement ServiceNow governance and operating models.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Employee Centre and UI architecture design.
In-depth knowledge of API authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0.
Experience with CMDB design, service mapping, and scalable configuration practices.
