STATE HEAD @ PAYWISE FINTECH
PayWise Fintech is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced State Head to lead our operations across various districts in India. This high-level leadership role requires a professional who can manage a large team and drive significant growth in the fintech sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and expansion of our core services, including AEPS, DMT, CMS, and MATM, while ensuring that strategic objectives are met at a regional level.
As a State Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in the market. You will work closely with other regional leaders to coordinate sales efforts and optimize service delivery across all district locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to navigate the evolving fintech landscape in India. While the primary focus is on financial services, your oversight will also extend to our travel-related offerings such as train and flight booking platforms.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in the Fintech industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage a large team effectively.
Deep understanding of AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) operations.
Expertise in Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) workflows.
Familiarity with Cash Management Systems (CMS) and Micro ATM (MATM) technology.
Knowledge of Payment Gateway (PG) integrations and processes.
Experience overseeing travel services including train and flight booking platforms.
Strong strategic planning skills for regional market penetration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding regional sales targets.
Willingness to travel across various districts as required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.
