STATE HEAD @ PAYWISE FINTECH
PayWise Fintech is currently looking for an experienced and visionary State Head to lead our operations across all districts in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire regional sales strategy and managing a large-scale team to drive growth in the digital financial services sector. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and ensuring the successful delivery of our fintech solutions across the state.
Key responsibilities include high-level team management, strategic market analysis, and the implementation of business plans to meet organizational objectives. Candidates must have a strong background in AEPS, DMT, and CMS services, as well as the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners. This is a leadership position that requires a result-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of the Indian fintech landscape.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in the Fintech industry is required.
Proven experience in leading and managing large teams at a state level.
In-depth knowledge of AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) and DMT (Domestic Money Transfer).
Strong understanding of CMS (Cash Management Services) and MATM operations.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging targets.
Willingness to travel extensively across various districts as required.
