CLUSTER HEAD @ PAYWISE FINTECH
We are seeking a results-oriented Cluster Head to join our growing team at PayWise Fintech. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple districts and leading a team to achieve excellence in the fintech space. Your primary focus will be on driving the adoption of our financial products, including AEPS, DMT, and payment gateway solutions, while maintaining high standards of service delivery across your assigned cluster. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in fintech who is ready to take on a significant management challenge.
The Cluster Head will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing merchant relationships within the Pan India network. You will be expected to monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and implement effective sales tactics to ensure that all district-level targets are achieved. All district locations across India are available for this position, providing a broad scope for professional growth and impact within our organization.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Fintech sector.
Previous experience in leading a team is highly required.
Solid knowledge of digital payment solutions including AEPS and DMT.
Understanding of CMS and Micro ATM (MATM) hardware and software.
Experience in managing sales activities for travel and tour services.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement cluster-level strategies.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Capability to drive performance and meet rigorous sales deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive approach to merchant onboarding and training.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Relevant educational background in management or finance.
