AREA SALES MANAGER @ PAYWISE FINTECH
PayWise Fintech is looking for energetic and motivated Area Sales Managers to drive our business forward in various districts across India. This role is perfect for professionals who have a foundational understanding of the fintech industry and are eager to expand their sales expertise. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be on the front lines, introducing our innovative financial services such as AEPS, DMT, and MATM to new merchants and partners, while also promoting our travel and tour booking solutions.
You will be responsible for a specific territory, ensuring that our products are widely available and effectively utilized by our partners. This involves regular site visits, conducting product demonstrations, and providing ongoing support to our network. With locations available throughout India, this position offers the chance to build a successful career in sales while contributing to the digital financial inclusion of various regions.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry.
Proven experience in field sales or area-level management.
Familiarity with AEPS and DMT transaction processes.
Understanding of payment gateway services and merchant requirements.
Ability to promote travel services including flight and train tickets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants.
Basic technical knowledge of Micro ATM (MATM) devices.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Educational qualification in any discipline with a focus on sales.
