AREA SALES MANAGER @ PAYWISE FINTECH
PayWise Fintech is hiring Area Sales Managers to join our expanding team across all districts in India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the ground-level execution of sales strategies and the management of field executives. Your focus will be on building a robust network of agents and merchants to promote our fintech products, including AEPS, DMT, and travel services.
This role requires a hands-on approach to sales, including visiting potential clients, resolving agent issues, and ensuring that all transactions are processed smoothly. You will work closely with the Cluster Head to provide feedback on market conditions and suggest improvements to our service offerings. Key Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Fintech sales or a related field.
Solid understanding of AEPS, DMT, CMS, and MATM services.
Ability to recruit, train, and manage field sales executives.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales quotas.
Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages.
Basic computer literacy and experience using mobile sales applications.
Deep knowledge of the assigned geographical area and its market potential.
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
