We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead high-fidelity supply chain operations for a premier international brand, Patchi. In this role, you will serve as the key architect of complex import strategies, ensuring seamless synchronization between global sourcing and local industrial manufacturing. The position is based in Egypt and focuses on optimizing lead times through analytical rigor, managing end-to-end supply chain processes for high-end confectionery production, and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will navigate international trade compliance and industrial scaling challenges to ensure market availability. Responsibilities include leading diverse logistics teams and managing large-scale industrial procurement. You will be expected to demonstrate agility in a fast-paced premium retail setting while implementing effective cost-reduction strategies. This is a strategic role requiring at least a decade of experience in international industrial environments and a proven ability to handle complex global logistics.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional English proficiency for effective international communication.
Proven track record as a results-oriented strategist with an analytical mindset.
