Patchi Egypt is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead high-fidelity supply chain operations for its premier international brand. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will serve as the key architect of complex import strategies, ensuring seamless synchronization between global sourcing partners and local industrial manufacturing units. The position requires a focus on optimizing lead times through analytical rigor, managing end-to-end supply chain processes specifically for high-end confectionery production, and navigating international trade compliance. You will drive operational excellence and ensure market availability by overcoming industrial scaling challenges and implementing efficient procurement strategies. The role also involves overseeing diverse logistics teams and fostering an environment of agility and performance within a premium retail setting. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record in cost-reduction strategies to maintain the brand's competitive edge in the Egyptian market. As a leader, you will manage large-scale industrial procurement and use data-driven insights to refine supply chain workflows, ensuring that the entire operation from import to retail distribution is both cost-effective and highly responsive to market demands.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management within international industrial environments.
Proven track record as a results-oriented strategist with deep expertise in global import operations.
Professional proficiency in English for international communication and documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate diverse logistics and operations teams.
Analytical mindset capable of managing complex, large-scale industrial procurement and data sets.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing cost-reduction strategies across the supply chain.
Agility to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, premium retail and luxury goods environment.
Deep knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and Egyptian import laws.
Experience in the food, beverage, or confectionery manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Expertise in lead-time optimization and managing end-to-end supply chain processes.
Proficiency in utilizing advanced ERP systems and supply chain management software.
