We are inviting applications for Bench Sales Recruiters for a walk-in drive at Pantar IT Services Pvt Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience in marketing bench candidates and establishing relationships with prime vendors in the US IT staffing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing our internal bench consultants on projects by leveraging their network and negotiation skills. Join us on Saturday, 18th April 2026, at our HITEC City office in Hyderabad for an immediate interview. Please ensure you carry your updated resume and a valid ID proof. Following the initial screening, shortlisted candidates will engage in a final discussion with the hiring management team via video call.
Key Requirements
0 to 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the US IT market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Must bring an updated resume for the walk-in drive.
Must carry a valid ID proof for security clearance.
Proven track record of placing candidates on bench with vendors/clients.
Strong network of Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Ability to market technical candidates effectively.
Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and bench sales process.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media for sales.
Experience in handling rate negotiations and contract terms.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet placement targets.
