IT ASSET ANALYST @ PANASIA GROUP
Panasia Group is seeking a qualified IT Asset Analyst for an onsite role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position is offered on a yearly renewable contract basis and is specifically open to Malaysian nationals. The core responsibilities include managing the IT Asset Management (IMAC) process and overseeing store room operations to ensure inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling various hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for maintaining asset records, and candidates must possess strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with IT Asset Management process (IMAC).
Experience in Store Room Management and inventory control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience or understanding of Desktop and Laptop assets.
Familiarity with Server and Network asset management.
Eligibility to work in Malaysia as a local national.
Ability to work on a yearly renewable contract basis.
Capability to perform onsite duties in Kuala Lumpur.
