MACHINE OPERATOR – BLOW MOLD (01 POSITION) @ PAKISTAN BEVERAGE LTD
Pakistan Beverage Ltd is seeking a skilled Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our production team at the Aquafina Plant in Karachi. The role involves operating and maintaining blow molding machinery to ensure the efficient production of beverage containers, adhering to strict quality and safety standards within a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, performing routine adjustments, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets while ensuring that all products meet the rigorous quality benchmarks required by the brand. This is a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that our beverage packaging is manufactured to the highest standards for our consumers.

Key Requirements
Possession of a DAE or DEO in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience in the FMCG or bottle beverages manufacturing industry.
Proven proficiency in operating and managing blow mold machinery.
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs on production equipment.
Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols within the plant.
Capacity to monitor product quality and make necessary machine adjustments to prevent defects.
Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy machinery safely.
Strong understanding of the technical specifications of beverage manufacturing cycles.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high production efficiency standards.
