AREA SALES EXECUTIVE @ OUJI
Ouji is seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Executive to support its ambitious growth strategy across the Melaka and Johor regions in Malaysia. This crucial role involves close collaboration with distributors and key market partners to ensure superior sales execution and maximize brand visibility within these critical markets. The successful candidate will be the primary liaison between the company and its sales ecosystem, ensuring strategic alignment on proposals, inventory management, and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include hands-on involvement in on-ground activities, such as coordinating impactful roadshows and brand activations, managing block display executions, and planning effective promotions. Furthermore, the role demands a proactive approach to optimizing product performance by improving SKU listings and identifying new opportunities to expand distribution channels. The Area Sales Executive must be proactive, relationship-driven, and possess a strong passion for achieving excellence in on-ground sales execution and market penetration.

Proactive approach to sales execution and relationship management.
Experience working closely with distributors and market partners.
Proven ability to manage ordering processes and sales proposals.
Skill in executing block displays and planning market promotions.
Experience in coordinating and managing roadshows and brand activations.
Ability to improve SKU listing visibility and performance.
Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities to expand distribution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a Team Lead.
Must be able to travel extensively within Melaka and Johor regions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrable passion for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or similar industry.
