This role is designed for a technical expert with approximately 15 years of experience, specializing in Python and the construction of high-performance, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of backend architecture and modern development practices, with the ability to solve complex problems and write clean, efficient code while mentoring teams in a fast-paced product environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, optimize performance and security, and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement. Experience with Rust and TypeScript is a significant advantage. This position offers the opportunity to work across various locations in India, working closely with DevOps and product teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Requirements
Around 15 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in Python for backend or full-stack applications.
Deep understanding of system design and software architecture.
Familiarity with Rust and TypeScript is highly desirable.
Extensive experience with microservices and API development.
Proven experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
