CLOUD OPS ENGINEER @ ORZEC CONSULTING
The core focus of this role involves deep hands-on expertise across Linux administration, various cloud platforms (with a mandatory focus on Google Cloud Storage - GCS), CI/CD methodologies, and modern DevOps tooling. Key responsibilities include recompiling and rebuilding applications on RHEL 9, resolving package conflicts and dependency issues related to migration, and performing extensive regression testing. The engineer will also be tasked with deploying applications across multiple environments (IST, UAT, NFT, and Production) and supporting the modernization of infrastructure and cloud-native workflows.
Success in this position requires advanced proficiency in technologies such as Java Spring Boot for development and troubleshooting, Python for scripting and automation, and expert-level skills in RHEL 9 administration and configuration, alongside Rocky Linux image management. Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI is essential. Furthermore, candidates must have familiarity with Service Mesh technologies, specifically Envoy, to configure, deploy, and maintain robust networking architectures, ensuring secure, stable, and scalable deployments.
