Operon Technologies is currently seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive for a field-based role located in New Delhi. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting scientific and industrial progress by promoting a wide range of products including chemicals, reagents, lab instruments, and research services. Your primary focus will be on molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, and computational biology, catering to various institutions and enterprises throughout the region.

As a key member of our sales team, you will engage in B2B sales, client relationship management, and the acquisition of new business partnerships within the research and scientific ecosystem. You will be expected to travel within the New Delhi area to meet with clients, understand their laboratory needs, and provide tailored solutions from our extensive portfolio. This is an impactful role for individuals passionate about biotechnology and industrial sales looking to grow within a dynamic scientific community.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development. Strong understanding of life sciences, biotechnology, or molecular biology. Ability to conduct field visits and engage with clients in person.
