AGENTIC AI ARCHITECT @ ONIX
Onix is seeking a visionary Agentic AI Architect to join our team in Pune. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include designing multi-agent workflows and architecting scalable LLM-powered applications. You will lead critical architecture decisions for our Agentic AI platforms and collaborate closely with engineering teams to transition AI solutions from early-stage prototypes into robust production environments. This is a leadership-heavy technical role where you will be expected to guide the technical direction of our AI initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering department.

Key Requirements
Strong fundamentals in Python and the AI/ML ecosystem.
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT, BERT, and Claude.
Deep understanding of advanced prompt engineering and system design.
Experience with Agent Frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Strands.
Proven ability to architect autonomous agent systems with planning and reasoning capabilities.
8 to 12 years of professional experience in software architecture or AI development.
Proficiency in designing multi-agent workflows and orchestration layers.
Experience with Neo4j or other Graph Databases for complex data relationships.
Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Multimodal AI.
Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and AI observability practices.
