Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or similar senior leadership role within a technical environment.
Deep knowledge of engineering architectures, system design, and modern development methodologies.
Strong ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers and technical staff.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or healthcare manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
