TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER @ OCEAN BLUE SOLUTIONS INC
Ocean Blue Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across digital platforms and enterprise systems in Austin, TX. The role requires a hands-on leader who excels at planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement to manage cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end delivery. The successful candidate will align business objectives with technology outcomes through the effective use of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring that all project milestones are met with precision.
In this hybrid position, you will own the project plan and dependency tracker while collaborating closely with Product Managers to refine scope and maintain alignment. You will be responsible for overseeing the QA testing process, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and leading key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive stakeholder communications and manage go-live activities from deployment preparation through to post-launch stabilization. This is a critical role that demands high-level governance and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
At least 12 years of professional experience in technical project management.
Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing Azure DevOps boards and tasks.
Ability to lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Experience managing cross-functional dependency trackers and complex project plans.
Strong background in QA testing processes, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
Proven experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and bug closure.
Excellence in stakeholder communication, including risk summaries and status dashboards.
Ability to manage end-to-end go-live activities and post-launch hypercare operations.
Familiarity with organizational governance and TIGC compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills using Agile metrics such as velocity and completion rates.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Austin, TX office.
