ObjectWin is seeking an experienced HR Generalist or HR Operations Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding through to exit procedures, ensuring all transitions are smooth and accurately reflected in the HRMS. A core responsibility involves meticulous payroll management, which includes processing monthly payroll, performing necessary validations, and ensuring the timely and compliant disbursement of salaries.
The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of statutory compliance regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and various labour laws. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive HR records, generating essential MIS reports, and providing robust support during internal and external audits. Furthermore, the role requires supporting recruitment activities, coordinating effectively with hiring managers, and serving as the primary HR point of contact for employees, vendors, finance departments, and senior management, necessitating excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Requirements

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) and ensure HRMS accuracy. Process monthly payroll, including validations and timely salary disbursement. Ensure strict statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus & labour laws). Maintain comprehensive HR records, generate accurate MIS reports, and support internal and external audits. Support recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing and coordination with hiring managers. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees, finance teams, vendors, and senior management. Demonstrate strong ownership mindset and act as a self-starter in all tasks. Possess strong knowledge in HR operations and compliance regulations. Proven hands-on experience with payroll processing. Proficiency required in HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Excel.
