SENIOR AI ARCHITECT / CLIENT ENGAGEMENT LEAD / AI VISIONARY @ O3TSI
We are seeking a high-level Senior AI Architect & Client Engagement Leader to drive our AI Vision and Consulting Practice. This executive leadership role involves defining the roadmap for enterprise AI adoption, focusing on responsible and profitable scaling. You will serve as a Chief AI Strategist, bridging the gap between technical architecture and business-first AI capabilities. Your work will involve designing scalable reference architectures, implementing MLOps/LLMOps, and ensuring robust governance across security and privacy frameworks to help enterprises adopt AI at scale.The ideal candidate will act as the external face of our AI strategy, leading executive briefings and board sessions while shaping partnerships with major hyperscalers. You will be responsible for P&L ownership, scaling an AI Center of Excellence, and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a unique blend of technical mastery in Agentic AI and LLMs with strong commercial acumen to lead multi-year modernization programs and large-scale digital transformations. The position is based in New Jersey with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, or IT Services.
7+ years in AI, Data, or Advanced Analytics leadership roles.
Proven P&L or profit-center ownership and executive-level engagement experience.
Deep expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Cloud AI stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong commercial acumen in deal shaping, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and executive sales cycles.
Ability to establish a 3–5-year AI roadmap for client transformation and practice growth.
Experience designing scalable AI reference architectures and governance frameworks.
Proven track record of building and scaling an AI Center of Excellence and Consulting Practice.
Excellent communication skills for leading executive briefings and client board sessions.
Expertise in MLOps, LLMOps, and enterprise-grade security and privacy compliance.
