SQA LEAD (AUTOMATION) @ NUCLIEOS
Nuclieos is seeking an experienced and dedicated SQA Lead focusing on Automation to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. This crucial role requires a professional with 5 to 6 years of experience who can take ownership of the automated quality assurance process. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust automation frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our software products. This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
The SQA Lead will drive the adoption of best practices in automation testing, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to integrate QA throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include defining testing standards, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring thorough test coverage across all projects. Key Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Proven expertise in leading and mentoring QA automation teams.
Strong background in developing and implementing comprehensive test automation frameworks.
Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security).
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Ability to define and execute complex test strategies and test plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
