AUTOMATION DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (MSSP ENGINEERING) @ NTECH IT SOLUTIONS
nTech IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated Automation Development Engineer to join our MSSP Engineering team in Hyderabad. This position is a 100% onsite role, operating on an afternoon or late afternoon shift schedule. The role is initially a contract position lasting 4 to 5 months, with a strong potential for full-time conversion based on the candidate's performance and professional attitude. The successful candidate will be passionate about building security automation, integrating cutting-edge tools, and driving innovation in the cybersecurity space to scale security operations through hyper-automation and engineering excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
5–7 years of hands-on experience in automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
Familiarity with hyper-automation tools such as Torq.io or workflow automation platforms.
Solid understanding of security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, and IDS/IPS.
Proven experience in secure system architecture and design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts clearly.
Knowledge of cloud security solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad during afternoon/late afternoon shifts.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are preferred.
