Key Requirements
3–5+ years of relevant seam welding experience.
Previous experience in a marine or shipyard environment preferred.
Proficiency in flux core welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
Must pass a formal skills assessment and weld testing.
Able to work safely in confined spaces.
Able to perform tasks in physically demanding environments.
Willingness to work all assigned shifts.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must pass medical screening for fitness for duty.
Valid U.S. work authorization required.
