Key Requirements
Strong experience in leading clinical system implementations and management.
Profound knowledge of clinical validation processes and documentation.
Ability to work onsite in California.
Familiarity with C2C and W2 contract structures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Understanding of healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA or GDPR.
Experience in troubleshooting complex clinical software issues.
Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Strong analytical skills for optimizing clinical workflows.
