In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of clinical and allied healthcare professionals for various positions within the United States market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to coordinating with key stakeholders, ensuring that hiring targets are met with high-quality candidates. This is a hands-on onsite role located in Noida, offering a collaborative environment to sharpen your recruiting skills and build deep expertise in the US staffing industry.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in US clinical and allied healthcare staffing and be comfortable with a face-to-face interview process. Key Requirements

Demonstrated track record of achieving hiring targets while ensuring quality hires. Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing regulations and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement. Ability to work onsite in Noida and participate in face-to-face interviews. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job boards for talent sourcing. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
