QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE @ NINJACART
Ninjacart is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Executive to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This role is pivotal for maintaining the high standards of our agri-supply chain ecosystem, ensuring that every product handled meets our rigorous quality criteria. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of fruits and vegetables across various stages including sourcing, storage, and dispatch. You will implement quality checks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at collection and distribution centers while collaborating with procurement and operations teams to resolve quality issues efficiently. Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Fresh Produce, Agri, or Food industry
Strong ability to monitor and ensure quality across sourcing and storage
Expertise in implementing quality checks and SOPs at distribution centers
Collaborative mindset to work with procurement and operations teams
Proven ability to maintain detailed quality compliance and documentation
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced supply chain environment
Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
Capability to perform hands-on inspections in various warehouse conditions
