Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Significant experience working in a public accounting firm environment.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to mentor junior audit staff.
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
