Nexus Consulting is seeking a high-energy Key Account Manager (KAM) who takes complete ownership of partner success in the EdTech and Study Abroad industry. This role is designed for professionals who are proactive, execution-focused, and result-oriented, operating like a mini business owner responsible for outcomes rather than just activities. As a KAM, you will manage B2B partner relationships end-to-end, drive student enrollments, closely manage sales funnels, and solve execution challenges in real time to ensure long-term partner satisfaction and retention. The position covers multiple locations in India and abroad, requiring a professional dedicated to high standards of performance and accountability. You will manage the complete student enrollment journey from partner lead to final admission while maintaining consistent multi-touch follow-ups and tracking funnel movement daily to remove blockers proactively. Candidates are expected to work Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, ensuring smooth internal processes and acting as a strong advisor and consultant to partners. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment where they can reduce dependency on escalations and drive business growth.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong execution discipline and ownership mindset Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Zero tolerance for loose ends and missed commitments Hustle and problem-solving mindset to drive issues to closure Continuous learner about the study abroad ecosystem Capability to act as a strong advisor and consultant to partners Ability to manage lead utilization with low turnaround time (TAT)
