NON-IT RECRUITERS (2-3 POSITIONS) @ NEXREQ
NEXREQ is currently expanding its recruitment team and is seeking 2 to 3 motivated Non-IT Recruiters to join our office located at the DSL Abacus Building in Uppal, Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in the recruitment sector, specifically focusing on non-technical roles across various industries. This role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure the best talent is acquired for our clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Proficiency in screening and interviewing candidates for various non-tech roles.
Understanding of diverse industries and specific hiring requirements.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
