Nestors Global Careers is hiring a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive results for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and its services. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads or customers through multi-channel strategies.
With at least 5 years of experience, you should have a proven track record in digital marketing across various platforms. You will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. We are looking for a leader who is data-driven and capable of turning analytical insights into actionable strategies to ensure the highest return on investment.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing management.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Solid understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience in budget management and ROI optimization for marketing spend.
Knowledge of email marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
