Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller or Tele-sales Executive at a senior level.
Excellent communication and convincing skills for client engagement.
Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is required.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills to manage prospect pipelines.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
A positive attitude with a results-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to professionally handle inbound and outbound client calls.
