We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to be based in Seattle, WA. This role is perfect for those interested in cloud infrastructure, networking, and technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for assisting customers with cloud-related technical issues and optimizing their cloud presence. Key Requirements
Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Proficiency in Linux or Windows system administration
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
Knowledge of cloud security best practices
Strong customer-centric approach to technical support
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
