INTERNAL CALL CENTER LOAN OFFICER @ NATIONAL MORTGAGE STAFFING
We are currently seeking driven and licensed Loan Officers to join our internal call center team, specializing in HELOC and cash-out refinance leads. This role provides a high-volume environment with a steady flow of leads to ensure our officers have the best opportunity to close more loans and maximize their earning potential. The position is available for on-location work in specific call centers located in DFW (Texas), Jacksonville (Florida), and Mount Laurel (New Jersey), but is also now available as a fully remote position anywhere in the U.S. for experienced Direct To Consumer Loan Officers. The compensation for this position starts at a base rate of $18 per hour plus a tiered commission structure, where average earners bring in approximately $110K and top performers can exceed $225K annually. Shifts are scheduled for either 9 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM, with the option to work weekends for those interested. Applicants must have an active NMLS license and preferred experience with dialer systems. Locations mentioned for on-site work include DFW, Jacksonville, and Mount Laurel.
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid and active NMLS license.
Previous experience as a Direct To Consumer Loan Officer.
Experience working in a high-volume mortgage call center.
Proficiency in handling HELOC and cash-out refinance leads.
Previous experience with dialer systems is highly preferred.
Ability to work assigned shifts of 9 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM.
Demonstrated ability to close loans efficiently with a steady lead flow.
Strong communication and professional phone etiquette skills.
Highly motivated by a performance-based tiered commission structure.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment for experienced candidates.
