OPT RECRUITERS (US IT STAFFING) @ NASCENT TECHNOLOGIES INC
Nascent Technologies Inc. is seeking experienced and high-performing OPT Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing division. This onsite role, located in Medipally near Uppal, is specifically designed for recruiters who possess a deep understanding of the OPT marketing landscape and bench-building strategies. We are looking for self-driven individuals who can operate with a sales-oriented mindset to identify, convince, and onboard F1 OPT/CPT candidates effectively. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where sourcing and pipeline management are critical to the success of our placement marketing team.
As an OPT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source qualified candidates from various platforms including LinkedIn, specialized job portals, and university groups. You will manage the entire lifecycle of bench building, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a continuous flow of profiles for our marketing requirements. Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in US recruitment and be comfortable working onsite at our Hyderabad location. Please note that this specific opening is currently available for male candidates who can commit to a target-oriented recruitment schedule.

Key Requirements
2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing and OPT recruitment.
Expertise in sourcing F1 OPT/CPT candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
Strong understanding of the OPT/CPT ecosystem and US immigration regulations.
Ability to build and maintain a continuous pipeline of bench candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to convince and onboard talent.
Proficiency in screening technical profiles and assessing candidate suitability.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset with a focus on high performance.
Experience in university group sourcing and networking for F1 students.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team for placements.
Must be a male candidate available to work onsite in Medipally, Hyderabad.
