The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading multiple delivery teams, including managing relationships with various third-party vendors within complex technical environments. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities are crucial, enabling the candidate to effectively bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation details. Candidates must possess a strong ownership mindset, demonstrating comfort working autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and navigating ambiguous situations. Required experience also spans technical areas like analytics implementation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), consent management strategies, A/B testing/experimentation, and performance monitoring. A continuous learning approach is necessary to keep pace with Optimizely's platform evolution and utilize emerging capabilities fully. Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and CMP.
