N2Force Technologies Inc is seeking a results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with a focus on US Staffing to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of aggressively marketing consultants to secure placements. This role operates during the US shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, making it ideal for individuals comfortable with night shifts and a fast-paced work environment. Possible work locations for this hybrid role within the region include Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants across various visa categories, including H1B, GC, USC, EAD, and TN, for C2C and W2 opportunities. Key duties involve generating daily requirements from Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners, negotiating pay rates, and building long-term vendor relationships. You will also be expected to track interview pipelines, manage compliance documentation such as RTR and visa details, and meet weekly revenue targets. Key Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of strong experience in US IT Staffing. Proven ability to market bench consultants including H1B, GC, USC, EAD, and TN holders. Hands-on knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms. Strong experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. Ability to generate daily requirements from Tier-1 Vendors and Direct Clients. Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills to close placements independently. Experience in maintaining compliance documentation like visa copies and RTR. Ability to work the US Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST). Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset with a focus on weekly closures. Strong proficiency in maintaining accurate trackers and reporting using Excel or MIS.
