DELIVERY ENABLEMENT ENGINEER @ MOUNTAIN LEVERAGE
Mountain Leverage is seeking a dedicated Delivery Enablement Engineer to join our innovative development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for "owning the machine that builds the machine," which involves managing and refining our entire development lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, removing obstacles that hinder our developers, and driving the adoption of AI technologies across the engineering department to enhance productivity and innovation. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with developers to understand their needs and implement tools and practices that streamline their workflow. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Delivery Enablement Engineer or similar DevOps role.
Strong proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve development bottlenecks.
Experience with AI/ML tools and facilitating their adoption in engineering teams.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience with cloud-native technologies and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
