SENIOR AFFILIATE MANAGER / TEAM LEADER @ MOSTBET PARTNERS
Mostbet is a major iGaming company seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager or Team Leader to join our team in a remote capacity. We are looking for a professional with proven experience in the affiliate marketing field, specifically with market knowledge in the LATAM region (Mexico, Argentina), India, and Bangladesh. If you have a ready-made infrastructure in these regions and know how to attract partners, we offer a highly-paid position with significant growth opportunities in a reliable European company. The salary for this role is a fixed rate during the probation period, plus 2% NGR and additional team bonuses, all of which will be discussed during the interview.
Your primary responsibilities will include attracting affiliates with their own traffic using various models such as RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA. You will be responsible for pitching offers, handling partner objections, and activating new partners. You will also track key metrics including FTD, LTV, ROI, and traffic quality. Additionally, you will work within CRM systems and analytics tools to segment the partner base, reduce fraud, and optimize overall traffic performance to ensure maximum profitability and quality control.

Key Requirements
Commercial experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
Possession of a current or former affiliate base is a must
Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deal structures
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and affiliate trackers
Expertise with tools such as Affise, RedTrack, or Everflow
Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting
Experience in traffic analytics and identifying fraud basics
Ability to conduct effective cold and warm outreach to partners
Trust-based communication skills and a result-driven mindset
