Key Requirements
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
A strong understanding of visual storytelling, including pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure.
Ability to work with raw footage and transform it into a compelling final video based on a creative brief.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and the ability to integrate text and graphics into video content.
Familiarity with color correction and color grading techniques to enhance visual quality.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all edits are clean and meet high production standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative directors and marketing teams.
Openness to constructive feedback and a proactive attitude toward learning new editing techniques.
Basic understanding of audio editing, sound design, and syncing audio with visual elements.
A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video editing work or creative projects.
