You will work 5 days a week and must be comfortable using online platforms to source and screen applicants. Key Requirements
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or customer service.
Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.
Ability to identify and source talent using various online tools.
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Capacity to learn and apply new recruitment techniques quickly.
Attention to detail when reviewing candidate CVs and profiles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Possession of a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
Must be available for a 5-day work week schedule.
