OFFSHORE INSULATORS @ MONADELPHOUS
Monadelphous is seeking skilled and experienced Offshore Insulators to join our team for an upcoming project commencing in April 2026. This role operates on a 3/3 roster, offering a balanced work-life schedule for dedicated professionals in the offshore sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying and maintaining insulation systems on offshore platforms, ensuring thermal efficiency and safety standards are met under challenging marine conditions.
Applicants must possess the necessary offshore certifications and have a proven track record in similar industrial environments. The position is based out of Perth as the Port of Hire, and candidates must have full working rights within Australia to be considered for these roles. Key Requirements
BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS certification
Valid MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
Proven offshore work experience
Reside in or be able to mobilize from Perth (POH)
Current Working at Heights (W@H) certification
Full work rights in Australia
Ability to work a 3/3 offshore roster
Knowledge of thermal and acoustic insulation materials
Strong commitment to offshore health and safety protocols
Physical ability to perform manual labor in offshore environments
