BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER @ MODERN INTERIORS
Modern Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team in Mohandseen, Giza. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline across various sectors, including real estate developers, industrial companies, educational institutions, and consulting offices. You will identify and approach potential clients to establish long-term relationships, schedule key meetings, and research market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
In addition to identifying new leads, you will be responsible for expanding into new markets while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This involves planning and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives to increase the value of existing accounts while attracting new high-value projects. As a representative of the company, you will attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our services and stay ahead of construction and contracting trends.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
3+ years of experience in construction, contracting, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development or sales.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Deep understanding of the local construction and real estate market.
Demonstrated ability to represent the company at professional industry events.
