WELDSHOP QUALITY ENGINEER @ MNC COMPANY
MNC Company is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Weldshop Quality Engineer to join their team in Chakan Midc, Pune. This critical role involves overseeing quality processes within the press shop, sheet metal operations, and weld shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the highest quality standards and industry specifications, performing inspections, and managing quality documentation.
Candidates must hold a qualification of either DME or BE Mechanical and possess 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience within a quality department focused on press shop, sheet metal, and weld shop activities. This position offers a competitive salary package, ranging from 35,000 to 42,000 INR per month, depending on experience. Benefits such as bus transportation and canteen facilities are available.

Key Requirements
DME or BE Mechanical qualification is mandatory.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a quality department.
Proven experience in Press Shop operations.
Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal processes.
Expertise in Weld Shop quality control procedures.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Proficiency in using quality tools and measurement instruments.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, TS/IATF 16949).
Excellent documentation and report writing skills.
Strong understanding of quality inspection and testing methodologies.
