PRODUCTION MANAGER (PLASTIC INJECTION) @ MINDE GROUP
Minde Group is looking for a dedicated Production Manager specializing in Plastic Injection to oversee operations in Johor, Malaysia. Key Requirements
5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment such as plastic injection or electronics.
Deep knowledge of plastics, rubber, silicone, or mechanical structures.
Previous experience in plastic injection moulding or electronic/electrical manufacturing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large production team.
Ability to optimize production processes and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on production KPIs and efficiency metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address machinery malfunctions and production bottlenecks.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
Effective communication skills for inter-departmental coordination and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
